Tulsa, Okla. – The Oklahoma Recreation & Parks Society (ORPS) today announced the election of Brandon Riggs to the position of Citizen Board Vice-President for 2010-2011. Riggs, who it is president of Tulsa-based Terra Pad Recreation Solutions, will be sworn into this position and begin his duties at the 2010 ORPS Conference Nov. 17-19 in Norman.
