Terra Pad, Inc. was a company developed through the efforts and experience of its affiliate company, Playscape Designs, Inc ., a design, sales, and installation company focused on developmentally appropriate play equipment, aquatic playgrounds, and other recreational amenities.

Incorporated in 1990 in the recreational industry, Playscape Designs responded to the concerns and customer feedback regarding holes under certain elements on their playground where there was high foot traffic, by developing a wear mat.

Thus, Terra Pad, Inc. was formed and incorporated on August 2002 with the secretary of the State of Oklahoma with the sole purpose of providing a safe and economical solution to the displacement of loose fill material under and around playground elements.

To date Terra Pads can be seen in over 30 states, as well as Mexico and Canada at municipal parks, school playgrounds, churches, and daycares. Terra Pad's management and sales team has a combined recreational experience of over 30 years. In addition to our in-house staff, we have independent distributors in several states as well.
